Experion Racing Team are pleased to announce The TBO Challenge. With the current resurgance of the TBO class througout Live for Speeds server, we at ERT have decided to announce a TBO league featuring a test race followed by a 7 race series. The Test Race, held at Fern Bay Green, takes place on Sunday 1st March, and sign-ups are avaliable in the IMA League sub-forum SIGN UP. We have a provisional calender, along with a suggestions thread for entrants to suggest changes to league rules, track choice, etc.

LFSCART, a mixture of road and oval courses in a single seater league, heads to its second season. 10 season stops on all LFS venues (except Autocross) including 3 stops in the Oval (twice anti-clockwise, one clockwise) over different distances will guarantee some decent racing and at the end of the season a great champion. It will be the first season to be ran fully under New Dimension Racing administration. Sign-Ups are officially opened from today, Sunday February 1st. Signing up as individual entry or for established teams also a form of team entry are possible.

With the opened sign-ups the new regulations were released. The most important change is the introduction of the Top8-Qualifying, which will definitely bring some action into the pre-race sessions. It also became mandatory to change the tyres during the feature race and Top8-Qualifying sessions.

NDR are pleased to announce that Sign ups for the 2022 edition of the Kyoto 250, The Great LFS Race, are now open. The race will take place on the 7th March this year.

We have entry requirements to try and prevent a repeat of last years n00b fest:

- 175 Online Laps of XRT on KY1
- An hotlap uploaded to LFSWorld of XRT on KY1 within 103.50% of the WR
- Attendance at two (2) or more Official 2022 Kyoto 250 Practice Sessions

Practice sessions will start approximately mid-January, with us running them as often as we can. You are encouraged to run in as many as you can, and not just show up, do your two, and go. The more you do, the better you can get acquainted with how we will be running the event, and get some practice in with other people who might be in the race. The sessions are also a good way to meet your laps requirement if you dont yet meet it.

Hello Racers.

We are sorry to have to announce that the VW Scirocco will not be released this week as planned. Unfortunately we are unable to continue working into the following week, and it has turned out impossible to reach the required standard in the time available.

This is for two reasons :

1) The compatible test patches had more bugs than expected. Although the recent graphical improvements had worked very well in private testing, when released to the public and tested by hundreds of people, it turned out that there were problems on some graphics cards. One of these has been solved completely and another has been partially fixed. There is also an issue where LFS sometimes causes a crash - this has not yet been resolved and there are some other minor bugs to sort out before we can release an official version.

The New Dimension Racing Team is Pleased to announce the dates for the 2023 runnings of the Kyoto 250 and Kyoto 500.

The 2nd Annual Kyoto 250 will take place on 7 March 2023, with the Green Flag to fly at 16:10 GMT. Qualifying Day will be on March 1, 2023, starting at 14:00 UTC, and will have a hotlap session, followed by Twin 115-Mile Races to finish setting the grid (full procedure to be announced later.) Signups will open on 5 January 2023.

The 2nd Annual Kyoto 500 will take place on 27 June 2023, with the green flag to fall at 16:45 GMT. Qualifying weekend will be 20-21 June 2023. Signups will open in Early May 2023. Date will be announced as it nears. ... Read more »
